WHAT WILL I GET WITH MY PURCHASE?

When purchasing one of our arts you will receive the poster printed in high quality and resolution on premium paper in the size of your choosing. You can apply it to any surface using double-sided tape or frame it. The art is rolled with great care inside a hard, super-resistant cardboard tube, so that it arrives intact.

IS THE FRAME INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?

No. Please note that at the moment we are not selling framed art prints. Only printed posters that can later be framed if preferred.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Prints are delivered within 7 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.

CAN THE PRINTS BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment we are only able to offer delivery to addresses within Brazil on our website. For international shipping inquiries and delivery options, kindly reach out to studio.marirenartea@gmail.com before making your purchase.

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. CAN I REQUEST A NEW ONE?

If the print was damaged due to transportation or manufacturing, our partner will send a new one free of charge.

IS MY PRINT COVERED BY WARRANTY?

All products have a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

You can return your print and request a refund within 7 days after your purchase arrives. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. If you need to request a return please send an email to studio.marirenartea@gmail.com with the subject "Return request".
